Adventure Travel Product Specialist

Location: Portugal (Remote)
In this role, you'll research destinations, design walking, hiking and cycling routes, select accommodations, and ensure every detail of our trips meets our standards of authenticity, sustainability, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and refine self-guided hiking and cycling itineraries
- Map and verify routes, considering terrain, difficulty levels, transport options
- Identify and collaborate with local hotels, guesthouses, transfer providers
- Calculate pricing and ensure healthy profit margins
- Prepare detailed trip notes, maps, GPX files, and travel guides
- Gather and analyse feedback from travellers and local partners
- Manage emergency calls and logs while clients are on the ground
Requirements:
- Passion for adventure travel and active tourism
- Experience in adventure travel, logistics, and route planning
- Strong destination knowledge
