Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and resolving enquiries in a professional and timely manner.We prefer candidates for this position to be under 40 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer questions effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.

Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Order & Account Management: Assist customers with order tracking, account updates, billing enquiries, and other service requests.

Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.

Requirements

Language: Fluent in both Mandarin (Mandarin Chinese) and English (written/verbal) is required.

Education Background: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or a related role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.

Work Style: Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote (work-from-home) environment.

Technical: Comfortable using computers, customer service software, and communication tools (e.g., email, live chat platforms).
