Monthly
Requirements
Communication with cus.tomers through live chat and e-mails.
Maintain prompt and empa.thetic attitude towards customers.
Acknowledge and resolve cus.tomersβ issues and queries.
Keeping up to date with products terms, offers and functions.
Report and escalate advanced cus.tomer queries to the relevant departments.
Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues.
Experience and
Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with excellent language skills.
Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction and collaboration.
Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.
Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment. 2+ years experience inΒ online cus.tomer support is mandatory.

Salary
range:Β β¬1,400-β¬2,000 (gross)Β + performance bonusDepending on experience and performance.Work schedule:Β 4 days on, 4 days off.An option of 2 shifts to be permanently put on: 10:00-22:00 or 22:00-10:00 (Cyprus local time).
