Digital Marketing Executive (Remote)

Requirements

1) Website Completion & UpdatesSupport completion and updates of the company website (content upload, layout updates, basic edits)Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather missing content and informationEnsure website content is consistent, updated, and aligned with brand tone2) Marketing Materials SupportPrepare and update marketing materials such as:Company profilesService brochuresSocial media visualsSimple EDM templatesSupport ad-hoc design coordination (if required)Ensure marketing materials are consistent with branding guideline.3) Marketing Documentation & Handover SupportOrganise marketing files, folders, and working documents for easy handoverSupport marketing-related documentation for internal use (e.g., guides, process notes, campaign records)4) General Marketing SupportAssist with other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Singapore officeCoordinate with vendors or freelancers when needed

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldsAt least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing support rolesComfortable working remotely and communicating clearly across teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesCandidate with relevant AI marketing experience will have added advantageMust be able to attend online bi-weekly meeting & onsite meeting in JB once a monthCandidate
