Our client Jeffery Adventure (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Integrated Marketing & Social Media) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?
- Strategic Account Leadership: Own and manage key strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across various platforms and ensure channel alignment.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Commercial Ownership: Manage budgets, revenue tracking, and profitability for assigned accounts.
- International Expertise: Develop localisation strategies and support client expansion in international markets.
- Performance Management: Lead performance reviews, analyse metrics, and optimise marketing approaches.
Who are they looking for?
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, team leadership, integrated marketing, and digital marketing, preferably within agency environments.
- Skills: Strong client-facing skills, commercial acumen, and marketing analytics. Experienced in managing multi-channel campaigns such as social media, digital ads, content, performance marketing, and branding.
- Leadership Skills: Proficient in managing clients and stakeholders, leading negotiations, presenting proposals, budget management, profitability tracking, market analysis, performance metrics, and optimization methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Language: Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken) to manage overseas clients independently.
