Overview
Pacston & Partners is collaborating with a legal technology firm to recruit Documentation Specialists who will support international clients with complex application processes.
This is a fully remote position.
Requirements
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with strong English writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to top-tier client service.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Review client-submitted documents thoroughly and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Assist clients in managing individual case workflows, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to support case progress
Applicants must have access to a reliable internet connection and use their own computer equipment. Candidates must be available to work during day shifts; part-time opportunities are not provided.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong command of professional English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 / MUET Band 4 or higher)
- Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A proactive and client-focused mindset
- High attention to detail
