What you'll be doing?

Model and draft electrical services: Using Autodesk Revit, you'll create detailed models for lighting, power, communications, and more.

Interpret technical documents: Understand and interpret load schedules, diagrams, and markups provided by engineers.

Coordinate with other disciplines: Work closely with other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration of BIM models.

Produce and annotate drawings: Create drawings for various design phases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian standards.

Revise layouts: Make necessary revisions based on internal QA and feedback from engineers or project leads.

Participate in online meetings: Engage with the Australian team via Microsoft Teams to discuss project updates and

Requirements

Apply Australian Standards: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia.

Who are they looking for?

Revit MEP Experience: At least 3 years of Autodesk Revit (MEP) experience, specifically in electrical systems with proven expertise in BIM modeling.

Educational Background: At least bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent to provide technical foundation.

Language Skills: Fluent in English for seamless interaction with the Australian team and stakeholders.

Understanding of Building Services: Knowledge of various building types, including townhouses, apartments, and commercial spaces.

Technical

A workstation that meets the required Revit-capable specifications.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet fast-paced deadlines.

Independent Work: Capability to work independently with impeccable attention to detail.
