Flux Academy Flux Academy is one of the largest and most recognized online education brands in the web design space. We have over 1M YouTube subscribers and over 12,000 paying students, learning how to become successful web designers with us, with hundreds of raving reviews on Trustpilot. Our traffic is almost purely organic (YouTube-driven), and we run funnels and quarterly campaigns (email + ads) to convert this traffic into paid students.
We are a small remote team, and currently the marketing & growth efforts are handled by Ran Segall (the founder), who oversees organic content strategy, funnel building, email marketing, paid ads, website management & landing page creation. Over the last two years, our growth stalled because we failed to innovate, create new offers, or maintain content velocity. We are now looking to reignite our growth with new efforts and drive, led by YOU!

Requirements
be managing both our ongoing marketing efforts and new growth initiatives. You’ll be working directly with Ran Segall (the founder) and have full ownership of our marketing channels: social media channels, paid ads, email marketing & website.
also collaborate with our YouTube’s creative director, our community manager, and a BDR.
Own the Revenue KPI: You will be responsible for making sure the company is hitting its revenue goals. Strategy Development: You will create the plan to achieve the revenue goals, and base your plan on data.Direct Response Copywriting: Write the high-converting email sequences and sales pages that drive our launches and evergreen funnels. Funnel Architecture: Build and manage automations in Ontraport and Make.com. Campaign Management: Lead our product launches from strategy to execution: managing timelines, assets, and QA.Performance Tracking: Own the weekly KPI sheet, tracking traffic, sales & conversions. Website Management: Own the Flux Academy website, publishing lead magnets, landing pages, and optimizing for conversions.
