Requirements
You will manage end-to-end HR administrative processes across multiple client accounts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in all documentation and payroll matters.This role requires strong ownership, independence, and attention to detail in a fully remote working environment.
HR Administration & OperationsPrepare HR documentation (offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, show cause letters, memos, HR policies, etc.)Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.Support onboarding processes (offer acceptance, stamp duty submission, CP22 submission, etc.)Support offboarding processes (resignation documentation, CP22A submission, etc.)Monitor probation confirmations and contract expiry timelines.Maintain employee master lists and documentation records.Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour requirements.Payroll Administration SupportPerform attendance, leave, and claims data verification.Process and run monthly payroll accurately and on time.Calculate and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).Prepare annual EA Forms.Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory deadlines.What We’re Looking ForDiploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years experience in HR administration and/or payroll (Strong fresh graduates with HR specialization are encouraged to apply)Familiar with Malaysian labour law and statutory requirementsStrong interest in payroll, compliance, and structured HR operationsDetail-oriented and highly organizedAble to work independently in a remote setupSerious about building a long-term HR career
