Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to provide end-to-end recruitment support in a fully remote working environment.

Requirements

  • Provide a full spectrum of Human Resources support including recruitment, onboarding arrangements, and employee lifecycle management
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Handle onboarding processes including documentation preparation and orientation arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and leave records
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
  • Familiar with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (Mandatory)
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to accommodate ad-hoc meetings and work arrangements outside regular working hours

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
