About Us We are a growing Singapore-based agency specializing in cutting-edge 3D, VR, and 360 Virtual Tour services. We help businesses showcase their spaces and properties through immersive technology. We are currently looking for a hungry, professional, and highly communicative Inside Sales Executive based in Malaysia to join our team full-time and drive our top-of-funnel growth.

The Role You will be the vital first point of contact for our potential clients. Your primary focus will be hunting for high-quality leads, initiating contact, and scheduling presentation meetings. You will not be expected to close the deals yourself, but rather to open the doors and assist in the follow-up process.

Key Responsibilities

Generate highly targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.

Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messages.

Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and handle initial objections.

Set up and qualify appointments for interested leads.

Join the presentation meetings to assist, take notes, and manage the post-meeting follow-ups.

What We Are Looking For

2 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.

Exceptional spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently, professionally, and naturally with business owners and decision-makers.

Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and standard CRM systems.

A dedicated and professional Work-From-Home setup (high-speed internet, quiet environment, high-quality microphone).

High energy, resilience, and a lack of "phone fear" when making outbound cold calls.

Compensation & Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Annual Leave: 14 days of paid annual leave.

Competitive Base Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month (commensurate with experience).

Appointment Bonus: Cash incentive for every qualified meeting that successfully takes place.

Closed-Deal Commission: Additional financial rewards for every deal we close from the leads you generated.

Work-Life Balance: 100% Remote (Work-From-Home), .
