Location: Los Angeles, California, United States
Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, the Brand Design Manager will lead visual storytelling and creative execution across Later's marketing initiatives, driving brand recognition and engagement through innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee art direction and visual execution for major product launches and multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with business objectives and brand positioning
- Collaborate with Creative Director to evolve Later's visual brand identity and design systems
- Present creative concepts and articulate rationale to executive stakeholders
- Create compelling visual assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, events, webinars, and sales enablement
- Develop templates and design systems that enable scalable, consistent creative production
- Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and platform-specific best practices
Requirements
- Strategic, creative thinker with proven experience mentoring design teams
- Experience delivering high-impact visual campaigns in the social media and influencer marketing space
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling excellence
