Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sell our wide range of Tech/Baking/Professional Dev. courses
Drive sales conversions by engaging leads generated through digital marketing ad campaigns and other channels.
Build relationships with cold or rejected leads to foster future sales opportunities.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to better understand customer needs, improve engagement, and achieve higher sales performance.
Deliver professional sales service by providing tailored advice to customers and promptly following up on enquiries and appointments.
Handle customer registrations and maintain up-to-date sales reports on a regular basis.
Collaborate with the team by actively participating in online meetings and discussions as required.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma Holder (or equivalent) in any relevant qualification.
Candidates with experience in baking or a love for cakes/pastries is a huge bonus!
A sales-focused mindset with high self-motivation and a drive to achieve targets.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (to deal with Chinese-speaking customers!).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Strong aptitude for continuous learning to develop product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
