Outside Sales Account Manager (Remote Working)
Requirements
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEM, EMS, and ODM customers.
Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Handle RFQs efficiently by providing competitive quotations and driving follow-ups to convert opportunities into orders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth..
Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the electronic components distribution industry.
Strong hunting mindset with the ability to develop new accounts independently.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
Experience handling distributors, OEM/EMS accounts is an added advantage.

Work Location: Remote (Based in Penang, Malaysia)
Working Days: 5 days per week

Basic
MYR 5,500 – MYR 8,000
Commission: Uncapped commission scheme
