As a Principal Product Manager in GitLab's Security and Compliance section, you will be a senior product leader focused on driving growth and value realization across the Security and Compliance portfolio.
Examples of the kinds of work:
- Partner closely with VP of Product for Security and Compliance
- Work horizontally with product managers, UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Operate at portfolio level, connecting work across teams
- Bring deep application security expertise to shape strategy
- Identify and validate emerging security use cases
- Coach and review PM work on areas that materially impact portfolio outcomes
- Use AI-native workflows including GitLab Duo and lightweight prototyping
Requirements:
- Deep application security expertise
- Senior product leadership experience
- Ability to work at portfolio level connecting cross-functional work
- Experience turning internal capabilities into customer-facing products
