💡 Who You Are:
We’re looking for individuals with proven sales experience — ideally in the fishing/tackle or outdoor products industry.
A self-starter with a go-getter attitude
Experienced in the fishing and outdoor gear industry — speaks the language of anglers and adventure seekers alike.
Willing to travel across states (must have own vehicle)
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Target-driven, reliable, and results-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a supportive remote team
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote and explain products, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Grow existing and continuously seek new business opportunities
Provide useful market insights and customer feedback
Manage timely collection of payments from clients
