What Will You Do?

• Lead AI-driven transformation – Act as thought leader in financial services
• Bridge AI and Business – Define AI-powered banking solutions
• Guide C-Level Stakeholders – Establish relationships with senior banking executives
• Own the AI Product Vision – Drive end-to-end development of GenAI solutions
• Define Roadmaps & Execution Strategies – Oversee project scopes and planning
• Deliver AI & Data Solutions – Support data visualization and model development
• Enhance Hiflylabs' AI Offerings – Lead research for new GenAI solutions

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in AI-driven product management, consulting, or financial services
• Expertise in AI & data analytics with experience deploying Generative AI solutions
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience engaging with C-level executives
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-powered opportunities
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

Nice to Have:

• Experience at Big 4 consulting firms
• Domain knowledge beyond banking
• Hands-on experience with ML, NLP, or GenAI tools
