Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience
• Backend-heavy platform experience
• Ability to productionalize AI-enabled capabilities
• Design systems that support model evaluation, prompt/version management
• Build AI features with explicit evaluation criteria, feedback loops, and guardrails
