We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst within our Business Intelligence organization to work with the Cus. tomer Value product team.

The Cus. tomer Value team is responsible for matching members to providers, routing members to the appropriate care, and forecasting utilization for each of our cus. tomers.

This position will be critical in building out the metric tree that shows the north star metrics that the Cus. tomer Value product team drives, and the component metrics that provide visibility in. to the drivers and influences that they should be focused on to do root cause analysis.It is vital that the Cus. tomer Value team can measure the impact of precision care routing (PCR) on financial performance to uncover optimization opportunities.

Equipping the team with this BI support is critical to their success.

You’ll operate in a cross functional data team that includes data scientists and analytics engineers, all of whom are working towards this goal with you.

This is a full time position on our team that reports to the Associate Direc. tor, Analytics

Product and Revenue.

This is a remote position that may require occasional travel for company or team events.
