LeadershipLead the design and enhancement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, setting standards for excellence.Containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or TeamCityAdvanced Cloud Strategy: Architect and manage complex cloud environments, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Configuration management tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or SaltStackMentorship and Collaboration: Serve as a mentor to DevOps Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.Strategic Problem-Solving: Tackle complex system performance issues, employing advanced analytical skills to maintain reliability and efficiency.Minimum
