The Role:

for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer for one of our clients who would be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of Azure-based systems. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.   What we are looking for:   5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Azure.

In-depth knowledge of Azure services and architecture, including Azure VMs, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and more. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (ARM templates, Terraform). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.   Nice-to-have:   Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.

  Responsibilities:   Design, implement, and manage scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration. Establish and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and other relevant tools to automate software deployment.

Implement and manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and orchestrate containers using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement Infrastructure as Code principles to define and manage infrastructure resources. Set up monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and other relevant tools to ensure the health and performance of Azure resources.
