Requirements
DESIGN -
Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for
UK
marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising - Conceptualize and develop s. toryboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with
UK
brand objectives - Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs - Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and s. torytelling
LEADERSHIP -
Work closely with
UK
Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives in. to motion-driven content - Men. tor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for
UK
projects - Partner with video edi. tors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content - Present design concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively
MASTERY -
Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence - Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with timely delivery - Troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain quality
INNOVATION -
Stay at the forefront of

and global motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools - Experiment with advanced
VFX,
3D animation, and emerging digital formats - Continuously push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s new

brand What You Bring - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field - 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production - Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustra. tor, Pho. toshop, Premiere Pro, and o. ther motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus) - Strong sense of s. torytelling, timing, and visual composition - Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes - Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills - Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
