We are building our talent pool for skilled and service-oriented Customer Support Representatives who are passionate about providing exceptional support experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Document interactions, feedback, and issues in the company's support system
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-level support when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Helpdesk role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency with support tools: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce Service Cloud
