About the role
Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Virtual Receptionist to join their dynamic team supporting a prestigious five-star luxury hotel project. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both guests and hotel staff.
What you'll be doing
Answering incoming calls and emails in a friendly and efficient manner
Handling guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations with utmost care
Providing concierge-level assistance, including making recommendations and arranging services
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
Demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service at all times
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write fluent English
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Proficient in using office software and technology, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
A customer-centric approach with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
