, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, user needs, and delivery capacity.Define success metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and outcomes.Delivery & Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with developers, designers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams.Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive alignment and execution.User Experience & PerformancePartner with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused user experiences.Monitor product performance using analytics, experimentation, and user feedback.Drive continuous optimization of website functionality, performance, and usability.AI, Automation & Data (Core Focus)Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-powered or data-driven features such as personalization, analytics automation, chatbots, or intelligent workflows.Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI-enabled product enhancements.Use data insights to inform roadmap decisions, experimentation, and continuous improvement.Stakeholder & Client ManagementCommunicate product roadmaps, timelines, risks, and trade-offs clearly to internal and external stakeholders.Support client discussions by explaining product decisions, value delivered, and outcomes achieved.Ensure product delivery aligns with contractual commitments and service expectations.Job requirementsJob RequirementsMust-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Web Product Manager, or Product Owner.Strong experience managing web-based products (websites, portals, dashboards, or SaaS platforms).Ability to write clear user stories, requirements
